How do I book lessons?
Lessons are booked online through our booking form. Simply choose an availible date and a lesson time, enter you or your child’s details, and submit your booking. You’ll receive a confirmation by email. Complete the attached form with the confirmation email to finish your booking.
Do I need to create an account?
Yes. Everyone having lessons or involved in an ensemble needs an account. This is how we connect with you about your progress, lesson notes, lesson videos and more. They are all stored here for your convenience. Parents use one account to manage bookings for their child. Children do not need their own login.
How often are my lessons?
Your lesson time is at the same time each week. When you book your first lesson, that time is reserved for you and the remaining sessions are scheduled and confirmed by email.
If you would like more flexibility, you can alter you dates and times depending on your schedule. Just change the dates when you decide to book!
How long are the lessons?
At Albatross music studios, lessons are 30 or 60 mins.
Through your school, each lesson runs for 20 minutes. This allows for focused, effective learning while keeping sessions engaging for children.
What ages do you teach?
Lessons are designed based on your needs and goals. Age is no restriction to learning music with us. If you’re unsure whether lessons are appropriate for your child’s age or experience level, please contact us before booking.
What happens if we need to miss or change a lesson?
Changes are always able to be made from inside your account. Simply log in and move your lesson to a different time.
Missed lessons and cancellations are handled in line with our cancellation policy, please contact us as early as possible if you have any questions.
Can I book lessons for more than one child?
Yes. You can book lessons for multiple children using the same parent account. Child details are entered during each booking.
Where do lessons take place?
Lesson location and format details are provided during booking. If you have specific questions about location or setup, feel free to contact us.
